Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via UPS.  Free shipping is
available for orders over $150 on all regularly stocked items. Otherwise, standard shipping rates apply. Our shipping rates, including free shipping, apply only to the continental United States.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We are unable to modify or change orders once they have
been placed.

Returns Policy

Customers may return any* unopened merchandise purchased from WholeHealth Chicago’s Apothecary store within 30 days. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a member in which case the store can look up a customer’s purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item.

*Any products that require temperature control, any products that have been opened, any special-order products or products that you have been instructed to discontinue using are non-returnable with no exceptions.

Make a Return to our Store:

Bring your purchase and receipt to the store. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a member in which case the store can look up a customer's purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item (s). Online orders can be returned to our store.

Make a Return By Mail:

For purchases shipped to your home, you can send your purchase and receipt to our Apothecary store. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and or any damage that may occur in transit.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?

We make every attempt to package your order so that it will arrive in excellent condition. Regrettably, items are occasionally damaged during shipment. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail [email protected] or call us at (773)296-6700. Provide your name, order number, and the item number or description that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.

Can I return products I ordered through the web or over the phone to a retail store?

Yes. You can return a product purchased on our website or over the phone to our store for exchange or return. You must bring the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase to receive a credit if applicable.
